    1. If you have an office job it is important that you do not sit in your desk all day long. Long periods of time without your body moving is bad for the blood flow throughout your lower body.
  4. Loss weight
    1. If you are overweight it is likely that you are going to struggle with tired legs. The excess weight that your body is dealing with will make it more difficult for the blood to flow.
